Fitness Boot Camp There are many options when it comes to exercise. If you are one of those people who has trouble getting motivated and you enjoy the outdoors then boot camps are for you. The classes are generally held at a park with several other people. Though you are not the only student, everyone gets adequate attention. This way nobody is self conscious and everyone still receives the same benefits as training one on one. The workouts are not easy and combine cardiovascular exercises along with weight training. Each individual class is different every week. The majority of boot camps will incorporate full body movements but sometimes we will concentrate on certain muscle groups. You may be asking yourself how everyone can get good results, the answer is simple, full body routines and cross training. Everyone tones up differently and losses weight at different rates. By incorporating weight training and extensive cardio everyone should get great results. You must attend every class and for a good amount of time to reap the benefits. At the moment the class available is Mon, Wed, Fri, from 6am-7am. Once more people sign up there will be several other time options.
Pricing: $225.00 a month 3x a week Times: Monday: 6am 7am 8am
Tuesday: 6am 7am 8am
Wednesday: 6am 7am 8am
